Having gained significant experience in digital and e-commerce roles earlier in her career, Ann-Marie was keen to have more direct interaction with customers and so made the switch to Customer Services.  She has since accumulated a wide breadth of experience in a diverse range of industries that include medical devices and interiors, before joining Consenna in 2019.

With a deep appreciation for how daily interaction with customers can directly and immediately impact on a brand’s reputation, Ann-Marie is a firm believer in the pivotal role that customer service plays in positively impacting a business and driving it forward.

Away from work, Ann-Marie is an undeniable music fan with an eclectic record collection encompassing everything from Heavy Metal to Classical.  She enjoys spending time with her partner and their dog, McGee, often joins her in the Consenna offices.
