Consenna, the business consultancy specialising in sales effectiveness programs for global IT companies, has announced that it has made two further significant appointments as it enjoys continued growth.
Nora Wicks has been appointed as the firm’s second Client Director, just four months after James Fitch joined in a comparable role. Nora’s appointment signals the importance that Consenna places on investing in its customer relationships and she joins with a wealth of experience that has seen her focus on driving and improving customer experience across the IT sector. Her most recent role, prior to joining Consenna, saw her build an outstanding customer service team at Added Dimension and prior to that, she held a pivotal role in the Customer & Partner Experience team at Microsoft.
At Consenna, Nora will take a lead role in building and strengthening relationships with large global customers, supporting both new initiatives due to be announced in the coming weeks, as well as enhancing existing projects where further value may be sought. She comments on her appointment:
“Having built a career at both large organisations and within smaller teams, I have an appreciation of the challenges faced by both types of business and have learnt the opportunities and routes to success. This experience is something I’m very excited about sharing with the customers I’ll be working with and also the wider Consenna team.”
Consenna’s demonstrable experience in delivering sales effectiveness programmes in the IT sector has contributed to further expansion of the team as Trevor Evans, Managing Director, explains:
“We’ve enjoyed sustained growth with both established and new customers, which is testament to the deep understanding that our team possesses and appetite to realise greater employee potential.
“To maintain and extend this level of insight, however, requires us to continue investing in the team and the range of skills and experience that Nora brings, will prove beneficial to all she works with.”
Consenna has also appointed Kirsty Thompson to the newly created role of Service Delivery Manager. She will oversee the seamless transition of projects from inception, through ‘go-live’ and then manage the on-going delivery of first-class service to customers. Kirsty also assumes overall responsibility for governance, compliance and service improvement at Consenna.
She concludes by saying:
“Consenna is a rapidly growing team of talented professionals with a massive agenda. I’m excited to join at this time of incredible growth and opportunity.
“Our customer portfolio expects great service and whilst we’re already delivering that, I shall oversee processes and systems to ensure that we always exceed expectations. We will set the industry standards for customer service”
