Having spent over 20 years working on major IT service delivery projects for the world’s largest drinks company, Kirsty joined the Consenna team in 2020 with a wealth of experience focused on building and maintaining successful relationships.

In the newly created role of Service Delivery Manager, this experience along with an appreciation of keeping abreast of service issues and a recognition that robust processes facilitate quality service, Kirsty will assume responsibility for the seamless transition of projects from inception, through ‘go-live’ and then the on-going delivery of first-class service to Consenna’s customers.  She is also responsible for governance, compliance and service improvement.

Based in Consenna’s Renfrewshire head office, Kirsty is married with two children and at roughly 45 seconds, has the shortest commute to the office!
