With 25 years’ experience in corporate FMCG marketing, communication and sales, Mary has worked across a wide range of sectors and has experience in brand marketing, shopper marketing, market insight and new product development.

One of Mary’s key strengths is project management, and she has spent a large part of her career delivering numerous UK and European-wide projects simultaneously – something which is possible thanks to her being extremely organised with an unwavering commitment to attention to detail, thought leadership and people management.

Mary is also a Time to Think Facilitator which enables her to help maximise the potential of teams and employees through purposeful, actionable, and practical training sessions.

Outside of work, she is married with two children with a passion for all things health and well-being related – a subject on which she owns her own online business, when time allows!
