Intuitive sales tool supports demonstrable payback.

When Microsoft releases a new version of its operating system, new business opportunities are created for both Microsoft and its OEM and reseller channel partners. Microsoft challenged Consenna to design and implement sales tools that would enable channel sales teams to generate incremental sales by communicating the business benefits of upgrading.

Consenna rose to the challenge by creating a highly interactive tool to quickly and easily enable prospects to model their own situation and build their business case to upgrade. The tool was accompanied by sales training resources that would coach salespeople on how to collaborate effectively with the customer.

The tool was well received by salespeople because it formed part of a simple and repeatable process, was easy and efficient to use and demonstrated specific and compelling payback for the customer.
