Before joining Consenna, Omar had amassed over 20 years working with an impressive range of companies that include Santander, Morgan Stanley, TSB, CBRE and public transport company SPT.  During this time, he carried out challenging roles in operational risk management, IT consultancy, global service desk management, and service delivery.

His experience has allowed him to develop the ability to identify obstacles early on which can affect service delivery, and both encourage and facilitate continuous service improvement to navigate these obstacles.  He has a keen eye for truly understanding the service provision to the customer and building and maintaining key stakeholder holder relationships – all vital in his new role as Service Delivery Manager.

Omar takes on responsibility for the smooth transition of projects from inception, through to ‘go-live’ and making sure the services being delivered are seamless and in line with agreed service provisions.  With the growth and development that Consenna is currently going through, he will also employ his experience of learning from failures to experiment with new processes to positively impact on the team’s growth and development.

Away from work, Omar is kept busy being a husband and dad to three.  He spends much of his free time as the de facto family driver which brings a whole new meaning to the term ‘service delivery’ and on the odd occasion that he’s not on duty, he enjoys playing badminton and cricket.
